By accessing or using the Zen Stone Creations website at zenstonecreations.com, or by placing a preorder reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Zen Stone Creations offers handcrafted natural stone sculptures, planters, home décor, and architectural pieces sourced from artisan workshops in Rajasthan, India.

• All pieces are handcrafted from natural stone. Slight variations in tone, texture, veining, and finish are inherent to natural materials and are not considered defects.
• Product photographs are representative. Actual pieces may vary slightly in appearance due to the natural character of the stone.
• Custom sizes and bespoke finishes are available upon request and subject to separate terms agreed in writing.

Our preorder model works as follows:

• Deposit: A flat $50 refundable deposit is required to reserve a piece. This deposit is processed securely through Stripe.
• Priority selection: Customers who reserve early receive first access to select from available pieces within their chosen size category when the shipment arrives.
• Shipment arrival: We will notify you when your shipment arrives and arrange a convenient pickup time or delivery.
• Final selection: At the time of pickup or final selection, you may view the available pieces in your reserved size. If a piece meets your expectations, the remaining balance is collected. If you decide not to proceed, your $50 deposit is fully refunded.
• Balance payment: The remaining balance (full price minus the $50 deposit) is collected after shipment arrival and at the time of final selection.

We offer a straightforward, no-pressure refund process:

• Preorder deposit: Your $50 deposit is fully refundable if you choose not to proceed at the time of pickup or final selection. No questions asked.
• After acceptance: Once you have selected and accepted a piece and the balance has been paid, all sales are final. Natural stone pieces are not returnable due to their handcrafted and one-of-a-kind nature.
• Damaged in transit: If a piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will work to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests for preorder deposits should be directed to dolly@zenstonecreations.com. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at time of reservation is honoured.
• Preorder deposits are processed via Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
• Balance payments are collected at the time of final selection and may be made by bank transfer, Stripe, or other agreed method.

• Products are shipped from India to our Bay Area, California location.
• Estimated arrival is August 2026. Timelines may vary due to international shipping, customs processing, and logistics beyond our control.
• We will notify customers of any significant delays.
• Local pickup in the Fremont, Bay Area area is available. Delivery within the Bay Area can be arranged — enquire for pricing.

All content on this website — including product photographs, descriptions, brand identity, and design — is the property of Zen Stone Creations and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Zen Stone Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
